It's on the way - I'm just trying to polish the Dockerfile. There are also two new bug reports that I haven't had time to look at. I'm not sure if those are related to 3.x or if master even has them. Maybe this week I'll have more time. At least the plan is to do the release before the end of this month - no new features are planned at the moment.
